"We have enjoyed a strong partnership with Summit Academy OIC for over two years. The 100 Hard Hats program is positive and progressive. We've just graduated a pre-apprentice carpentry/plumbing class. The graduates just completed their applications to the plumbers union...very few people have this unique kind of opportunity."
