Pre-Apprentice Heavy Equipment Operator Program
Now offered at November 29 enrollment!
The Pre-Apprentice Heavy Equipment Operator program is offered in partnership with the Operating Engineers of Local 49. During Phase I students learn the basics of commercial and residential construction. Phase II takes place at Summit and the Local 49 Training Center, where students learn site preparation and receive an introduction to select heavy equipment, which includes equipment maintenance and safety.
Course Length: 20 Weeks for Pre-Apprentice Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate
Tuition cost: $5,400.00—Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
